Safety experience built in the field

Orlando Salinas, Owner and President of CDMC Global, brings more than 25 years of occupational safety experience across construction, general industry, manufacturing, oil & gas, pipeline and related high-risk work environments.

Orlando is an OSHA Authorized Construction Trainer and has completed extensive OSHA education including OSHA 501, OSHA 510 and OSHA 511. His additional training includes MSHA Part 48 Instructor Training and the ENERGY worldnet Master Trainer Development Program.

As a Six Sigma Green Belt, Orlando brings more than regulatory knowledge to safety. He works with companies to identify hazards, improve processes, develop practical safety programs and build systems that crews and supervisors can actually use in the field.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Orlando also understands that effective safety communication involves more than translating words. Training must connect with the workforce, the work being performed, and the culture of the crews doing it.

More than safety training

CDMC Global supports companies beyond the classroom. Orlando develops and audits safety programs, conducts job-site inspections, assists with OSHA recordkeeping and compliance documentation, develops job hazard analyses, supports safety orientations and provides ongoing safety program and administrative support.

The goal is practical: help companies build safer operations and maintain the documentation and processes needed to support them.
