With more than 18 years of experience, Owner and President Orlando Salinas is a one-stop shop for all things safety across a variety of industries.  From general industry, construction, oil and gas, to pipeline, his knowledge covers it all and his approach is simple and innovative. 

Orlando has worked for manufacturing companies not only as a safety professional, but as a Six Sigma Green Belt in which he incorporated these tools to improve companies’ safety procedures and plans.

As a Hispanic and fluent in Spanish, Orlando recognizes a company’s need to communicate with their changing workforce.  He believes that to be effective, it’s not only being able to communicate in their language, but to also understand their culture.
